"The client that had the most transformation while working with me is a young lady who was getting married in six months. She wanted to lose 40 pounds and tone up her arms and shoulders. I developed a plan after learning about her lifestyle and health history. She had a habit of snacking late at night and drinking a six-pack of soda every day and was borderline diabetic. I developed a HIIT workout plan which helped her burn calories and tone up her entire body, along with recommending a low-sugar eating plan. She lost even more weight than she had hoped and fixed her blood sugar issues. On her wedding day, she had lost almost 60 pounds, and her strapless dress showed off her beautifully toned arms and shoulders."
