At the heart of this question, the interviewer is looking for compatibility. They want to know that, besides your qualifications, you are a good fit for them, and that they are a good fit for you. So as you prepare to answer this question, think about your own career goals and what makes you satisfied at work, and think about what the company offers. Give an example that demonstrates your research and your synergy.
