Having a current CPR card is part of the requirement to work here. What would you do if you showed up to work, and realized your CPR card had expired a month ago?

"If I realized my CPR card had expired, I would immediately let my supervisor know of my oversight and work to rectify the situation. I would not be able to work without it, so I would let my supervisor know that I would get online right away and get recertified. I would apologize for not realizing that the card had lapsed, and promise to be more alert in the future."
