34. How would you describe your previous employer?
How to Answer
When answering this question, you want to keep your answer positive. You must never talk badly about your previous employer, even if you did not get along. When you speak badly about someone in an interview, it shows your character in a negative light. Think of positive traits that you liked about your previous employer, and describe why you enjoyed working with them.

Answer Example
"My previous employer was a positive, upbeat person. She was a great mentor and taught her employees the value of hard work and how to provide excellent customer service. I learned a lot from her and it wasn't easy to say goodbye, but I am truly excited to begin a new chapter in my life as a personal trainer."
