"Successful marketing campaigns are grounded in a full understanding of the target audience. I think dedicating ample time to understanding buyer personas, with an emphasis on their values and needs, is the most important element. A close second is establishing relevant and realistic KPIs that help everyone stay focused on goals. I've also found that the strongest marketing campaigns are supported by a diverse team comprised of people who fully understand the campaign's goals. I've been fortunate to manage excellent teams in the past, and I can say with confidence that the success of the projects I've been involved with was due in large part to their efforts."
