What You Should Say
Think about what skills or traits you may be lacking. These weaknesses may have been pointed out to you in a one-on-one meeting or in a performance review from a supervisor. Discuss what you believe is your biggest weakness and why you feel that way. Talk about any steps that you have taken or plan to take to improve this weakness and grow from it.

"I often feel that I should overwork myself rather than ask for help. I am sometimes afraid that if someone else makes a mistake with testing requested by one of my clients, it will reflect poorly on me and alter the relationship that I have built with that client. I know that I need to trust that my team members are capable of the same quality of work that I am and that I need to ask for help when I need it in the same way that I would expect them to ask me for help if they were in need."
