Think about a time when you were not quite on board with a decision that your supervisor made. Discuss what you did to address the disagreement and how it was ultimately resolved. If you were able to learn anything from the situation, talk about that at this time.

"In a previous role, I had a supervisor who would also point out our data errors during team meetings. He very seldom would recognize the accomplishments of our team but rather our downfalls. In one particular meeting, he was pretty harsh about a newer employee's error in data and she was really upset. Our department had been having high turnover and a few of us felt that his approach to addressing performance errors played a part. In my next one-on-one, I brought it up to him and just stated that I felt that performance concerns were private and should be addressed individually because it caused moral issues with the team and made people feel embarrassed. He did not realize people were feeling this way and ended up apologizing to the team and moving forward we did not discuss data errors in our team meetings."
