"In my first role after graduation, I interviewed for a first shift position and was offered the role. When I came into work on my first day after the new hire orientation, I was told that I was hired for the second shift and that there was no second shift position available. It ended up being an error that was made by the recruiter who hired me and I had to decide if I was able to work the second shift or if I would need to end my employment relationship. Ultimately, after rearranging my schedule a bit, I was able to move to the second shift. A first shift position eventually did come open and I was able to switch my schedule and it all ended up working out."
