"I worked as a lead analyst on several projects. I focused mainly on custom web applications that served business operations clients. I was responsible for training, mentoring, work assignment, and performance review of the junior analysts that worked on my teams.
I worked as a project manager in the same space and served in a leadership capacity across the development teams I served. I was typically assigned to more than one project at a time and led a team of analysts, engineers, and quality assurance testers. I was responsible for tracking progress, resolving team issues, and working directly with the client to set goals and deliver upon them.
I served as a scrum master for a team that developed CMS integration solutions. In that leadership role, I ensured the team understood Scrum and that we followed the process in a way that improved the quality of our work. I trained, mentored, and removed roadblocks for team members."
