"I began my IT career as a software engineer. I mostly developed custom web applications that supported enterprise and operational needs. I moved up to a tech lead role responsible for mentoring and assigning work to junior developers and the architecture complex solutions. I also served as our team's scrum master.
From there, I transitioned into project management and delivery management roles responsible for the delivery of SaaS solutions. I met with clients during the sales process and helped to define a solution strategy. I then served as a central point of contact all the way through the onboarding process. I tracked the progress and performance of our team, I resolved scope and budget-related issues, and I performed a number of technical tasks such as assisting with the scripting of data loads."
