You and your partner are on duty and go to the supermarket to buy some lunch. While shopping, a man approaches you and starts yelling at you, saying he cannot believe his tax dollars are paying for you to eat. How do you respond?

"I would listen to what the man has to say, then I would politely explain that tax dollars are not paying for us to eat. I would tell him that we pay for our meals with our money and that we work long shifts and need to eat. I would also explain that we have radios and will stop what we are doing and respond to any emergency while shopping or eating. If he were still upset after talking to him, I would give him my supervisor's information. I would then notify my supervisor of the situation."
