"I would not say anything to my partner about them yelling at me until after the call was over and we could talk in private. I would not yell back as I think that is unprofessional to do in front of patients and bystanders. When I am able to talk with my partner, I would tell them I did not appreciate them yelling at me, and it makes us look bad in front of our patients. I would ask my partner if there is anything they could show me to make my IV setup skills quicker. Hopefully, that would resolve the issue."
