What would you do if you were on a critical call with two patients and your paramedic partner asked you to start an IV on one of them? This is not in your scope of practice, but your partner says no one will ever know.

The interviewer wants to see if you would be willing to do something illegal, even if no one else would ever know. Operating out of your EMT's scope of practice is illegal and can cause problems for you and your company. It is in your best interest to only do what your certification allows.
