Why did you leave your last job?

Interviewers want to know the reason why you left your last job. Avoid saying anything negative about your coworkers or supervisor. Many EMTs leave prior employment in a different industry to seek a new career opportunity. If leaving another EMS company, your reason might be because you were looking to work closer to home or wanted a company with a higher call volume.
