It is better to tell someone you do not remember how to do something than try to do it and hurt the patient. Interviewers are looking for employees who are not afraid to admit they cannot do something and are willing to ask for help. Especially in the medical field, incorrectly doing something can be detrimental to the patient and cause lawsuits for the company and the employee.
