How to Answer
The interviewer wants to know what your plans are and whether or not you have set any. Tell the interviewer about your career goals in the next five years or so. Ensure to link your career goals to the company you are applying for to show the interviewer that you can be a long-term asset and that you are looking for stability. If you haven't set any, consider plans such as a promotion to an executive-level management position within the company, being more educated as a department manager, transitioning into other departments, or being a high performer in the role you are interviewing for.
