Ensure to link your career goals to the company you are applying for to show the interviewer that you can be a long-term asset and that you are looking for stability. If you haven't set any, consider plans such as a promotion to an executive-level management position within the company, being more educated as a department manager, transitioning into other departments, or being a high performer in the role you are interviewing for.
