"For me, as a business analyst, the most important factor in accepting a new role is the health of the company and the clients they onboard. I am looking to take on a positive team. For me, as much as compensation is essential, I would be equally interested in the job description and the roles/responsibilities the opportunity has to offer. That said, I would certainly look into areas that align with my skills and try to look for things that will help me learn and grow in my position. I would consider a few other things are work/life balance, good benefits, organic team, fringe benefits, etc.
