I don't who the other candidates are but I am the best candidate for this position. I can tell you guys have an enthusiastic customer-centered atmosphere. Being courteous and enthusiastic comes naturally to me with customers once I warm up to my new job. And I have experience as a baker from baking classes and the two bakeries I worked at. I also am really good at remembering customer names and preferences.

In the "Revised Answer" box, I have created a new response, with slight tweaks to the wording. I suggest avoiding the use of the word "guys" in an interview, both because it sounds casual and can be a bit gendered, which may be viewed negatively by some interviewers.
