"The bakery I currently work for is a very busy location and we have lines out the door every weekend. I am very used to managing high volumes of customers."

Yes, I have worked for a bakery that had to get donuts out for customers from a case because we couldn't do self-serve during covid. And the lines would get really long so I would acknowledge every customer and tell them I will assist them shortly. And ask my colleagues for help.

In the "Revised Answer" I have suggested a few revisions to your response.
I am accustomed to working in busy bakeries, so I will react calmly if a line starts forming. At my last bakery, we couldn't offer self-serve, due to COVID, and instead had to get donuts out for customers from a case. The lines would get very long as a result, so I would acknowledge every customer and tell them that I'd assist them shortly. When I needed support, I always asked my colleagues for help. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and a long line is usually just a sign that business is great!
