"There are many responsibilities of a leasing agent. In my day to day activities, I document details of properties, take calls related to maintenance issues, and advertise new properties for lease. I screen prospective tenants and do the proper verification checks. I do walk out and move-in inspections, and ensure that all lease applications are properly filled and vetted. I also spend a good deal of time looking for new property owners to represent. Another large part of my role is collecting rent payments on behalf of my clients. I come fully prepared to meet the needs of your agency."
