The interviewer would like to know if you work additional hours when necessary. The majority of leasing agents will work overtime hours or take work home with them quite often. Talk to the interviewer about how frequently you take your work home, and if you are willing to go the extra mile when necessary.

"I rarely expect my day to be a traditional 8-5. I have my emails on my smartphone and am happy to answer client questions in the evenings and weekends. I often travel after hours to be at a conference on time. Overtime is a way of life for an Apartment Leasing Agent."
