Have you ever received negative feedback on your approach, from a tenant or property owner?

"My leasing agency as a whole has received very few negative client reviews. We did have an upset client a few months ago, and, unfortunately, I was the leasing agent for that particular account. The client felt that we could have delivered our paperwork faster, even though we did not miss a single deadline. I took this review into account and am now sure to outline client expectations more clearly from the start."
