What experience do you have using team-based messaging applications?
Walt Disney Studios believes in utilizing tech at every opportunity. Give the interviewer a brief overview of the communication tools you are accustomed to using. Assure the interviewer that you can learn their internal system, should they be new to you.
This question is an excellent opportunity to ask what programs you will be using in this new role. When the hiring authority divulges this information, ask if there are resources available for you to get a head start. This initiative will impress the interviewer and show them that you are not afraid to put a bit of hard work in before you even know if the job is yours!
