      2nd Answer Example

"To me, innovation means presenting a new idea or making an existing idea better. It's important to be innovative in the workplace, but often it's a misunderstood concept. A time when I have been innovative was when I built a new tracking system for my projects while attending university. I wanted to create a more accurate way to track my deadlines as my schedule became busier. My fellow students loved the idea, and soon, I was sharing the system with my friends and classmates."
