How do you push and inspire your teammates to solve creative problems?

"I push and inspire through collaboration. I am a strong collaborator. I am always eager to listen to others' opinions, hear their perspective, and work together to build a highly creative solution. I am always looking to draw from others' experience and expertise when working on a new project or facing a problem. When drafting a pitch or storyboard, I bring my team into the thought process. These multiple perspectives always bring us to our best creative work."
