Employers want to know that you have a methodical approach to problem-solving. Consider the skills and qualities that help you successfully face problems. Perhaps you have a keen eye for detail. Maybe you can see opportunity when others can only focus on the issue. Share your strengths as a problem solver, and your ability to come up with innovative solutions.

I look at the problem and see it from all sides, then figure out how it can be done and if it benefits everyone.

That sounds like a solid problem-solving strategy. :) But what makes you stand out? Are you skilled at collaborating with others and sharing their knowledge and information to solve the problem at hand? Do others trust you and therefore assist you in solving problems? Do you attempt to redefine the problem so you can see it a different way? Do you consider everyone's opinions when trying to find a solution? Also, is there an example you can talk about of a time when you successfully solved a problem?
