If University Hospitals Of Cleveland hired you today, what would you accomplish first?

Marcie's Feedback

It's great that you have honed your customer service skills and look forward to using them within this new role. But think about what you would tackle first if the hospital hired you. Building customer, patient, and colleague relationships might take some time. Perhaps you might focus at first on learning as much as you can about the role and what your manager expects from you. You might also concentrate on getting to know your team members and manager so you can quickly become an effective and helpful member of the team.
