"I think one of my best traits is that I'm resourceful. I'm constantly thinking outside of the box. I'm also an excellent coach. Often, our team leaders pair me up with our newer team members to help onboard them and get them up to speed. I firmly believe that high morale is one of the best motivators for excellence. So camaraderie is my middle name. These are some of my most valuable traits."

This question is an opportunity to share your accomplishments, offer the expectations you set for yourself, and demonstrate you are an overachiever. Share how your attitude influences your approach to your work, how you make a habit of stepping outside your comfort zone, and how you take on more responsibility whenever you can. Improving upon a new skill is an excellent example of a growth opportunity.

There are two things you need to accomplish in delivering your answer. One is to advertise those traits that have benefited you and your teams in your previous roles, and the other is to speak confidently. Exaggerating or telling the interviewers what you think they want to hear will come across as disingenuous and, more often than not, can be spotted from a mile away. Additionally, in you don't seem convinced of your abilities, they'll think you don't believe you're a good fit for this opportunity and that you're shooting for the stars rather than a more realistic target.
Before your interview, research the body language of a confident and relaxed person in a seated position. Look yourself in the eye, say some self-affirmations, and give yourself a pep talk. Perform some fast physical exercises to pump yourself up and manifest confidence. Raise your arms, stretch your back, and make yourself as big as possible. Then do a practice, run, and prepare.
