"Everyone thinks differently, and everyone experiences things differently. I am consciously aware that there is no one out there like me. It's easier to relate to some people over others, but at the end of the day, I try to listen and connect. If someone thinks differently than I do and sees the world differently or has a different perspective, that piques my curiosity, and I want to learn more."

This question is a test of your communication skills. Your interviewers want to know how well you'll present yourself and the value you place on communication. In a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where you might encounter a lot of distractions along the way, it is incumbent on you to make sure your efforts won't be in vain and that all the demands on your time are effectively met. Therefore, effective communication is an integral part of the job. When others don't communicate as well as you or are less adaptable, the responsibility will fall on you to adapt your communication style to theirs.
Some of the best communication tools are active listening and mirroring a person's words back to them. Offer an example where you've applied these or other communication tools. Even when that may not be enough, you've at least exhibited that you performed at your best with what you had to work with.
