The assessment vendor will evaluate how adaptable you are and how you cope with work-related stress by studying your tone and nonverbal cues just as much as they'll evaluate your choice of words. Keep it natural. Show your personality. Maintain eye contact in front of the camera as if you're speaking face-to-face with a person. Try to exude confidence in your abilities.
