When do you feel the most amount of stress in your career?

"To be completely transparent, I probably bring myself the most stress because of my innate desire to be the best. I strive for perfection too often, which causes undue stress on myself. I manage this by focusing my energy on productive activities that are good for my career."

"I feel the most stress in my career when my unit is understaffed. At my last place of employment, they had a high turnover, and we were constantly understaffed and overworked. There was nothing I could do about it, so I focused on what needed to be done with my patients and did not let the stress get to me. Over time, it started to get to me, which is why I am interviewing for this position. I understand from your staff that Sutter Health does not have the same understaffing issues. I look forward to working in a less stressful environment."
