"I feel the most stress in my career when my unit is understaffed. At my last place of employment, they had a high turnover, and we were constantly understaffed and overworked. There was nothing I could do about it, so I focused on what needed to be done with my patients and did not let the stress get to me. Over time, it started to get to me, which is why I am interviewing for this position. I understand from your staff that Sutter Health does not have the same understaffing issues.
