They will be looking for me to provide the blueprint and the road map for their success, and then I would look to delegate and leave responsibility for implementing them. My approach would be educational and resourceful and would preach teamwork among the entire project team. When I've utilized this approach in the past, it was very well received and helped lead to the success of several large projects."
