When I was in retail management, I was in charge of more than 100 associates, stocking, cleaning, and closing the store. One night, the truck came in late and we were understaffed. I took one associate from each department to help with the truck. We pulled together as a team and emptied the truck in record time. We also were able to clean and stock the store within the hours allotted.
