In home building, you may need to work with vendors and suppliers to set project expectations and deliverables. You may, perhaps even be required to spend some time negotiating points like pricing, shipping, and deadlines.
Walk the interviewer through any experience you have dealing directly with vendors. Include details such as who you have dealt with, how many times you would be in contact per week, the value of your major vendor accounts or perhaps how much money you have saved your company by establishing great relationships and being offered excellent deals.
