And, you want to avoid looking over-confident or uncoachable by giving yourself a 10. My knowledge of OSHA and state regulations is pretty basic, perhaps a 6, considering I am new to the industry. I am ready and willing to learn and will start studying these right away so that I have the knowledge required to gain a successful start at PulteGroup.
