Without having a clear understanding of why they've decided on their bold campaigns directed at their target audience and demographic, it would come across as presumptuous and arrogant to suggest they do things differently. However, it might be fair game to point out some of the successful campaigns of their competitors and ask why they've chosen a different path.

Otherwise, showcase your knowledge, comment on their successes, and ask questions about the aspects of their marketing you don't understand. If you think they could be more active on social media, ask them if they've explored this avenue and why they decided not to pursue it. That will give them insights into how well you would fit into their teams and how capably you'll build relationships within their company and with their customers.
