This question is another way to ask you what your greatest weakness is and what you are doing to improve. You can be candid in your answer, recognizing that you aren't great at something and acknowledging your need to improve. The interviewer wants to see that you are humble enough to identify an area you would like to enhance and determined enough to make a change. Choose a skill that is not a core one for this position, and be sure to have an action plan in place for improving this skill.

"I believe I could improve some technical skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word. Currently, I am at an intermediate level; however, I would be more comfortable at an advanced level. I have enrolled myself in a weekend workshop for the next six weeks. We will see how stellar my skills are after that course!"

"I would like to improve my Spanish-speaking skills. I work with many patients from Mexico and Latin America and would like to be able to speak fluently. My patients said they would rate me at about 80% fluency, but I want to get to 100%. I have been studying Spanish textbooks for the past month, which has helped a little. I recognize I need to speak with someone to improve, so I hired a tutor and start online classes this week. After interviewing my tutor, he said I should be at 100% fluency in two months or less."
