Being flexible and able to handle change is a skill that all employers desire to see. Transition, especially to an organization as large as Mercy Health, may seem daunting to someone from a smaller area. It is OK to feel a little 'out of your element' if you are willing to face the challenge. The interviewer is not trying to trick you. Instead, they want to know that you are up for the challenge of transitioning to a larger facility. Keep in mind that although this may seem overwhelming at first, an organization as large as Mercy Health can also have its perks.

"I just moved to Ohio from a small community in northeast Louisiana. The hospital I came from was large for our area but nowhere near the size of Mercy Health's organization. I am very excited to see the many specialty areas and opportunities that Mercy Health offers to its employees and clients. I am looking forward to learning everything!"
