What do you plan to accomplish in the first 90 days of working for Lennar Corporation?

"First, I will take ownership of my training and overall learning curve by studying the ins and outs of this role on evenings and weekends. Second, in the first 90 days, I will call every lead that has gone cold in the past six months. Third, I plan to be on a full sales budget by 60 days.
