If you have worked in the real estate, or home builder industry, you likely have experience selling a variety of property types such as new homes, older homes, or even bare land. The interviewer would like to get a better idea of your range of experience. Be sure to express the areas you have worked, explicitly highlighting the areas of real estate in which you are most comfortable working.
If you are newer to your career and do not have a lot of experience in any particular area, you can focus your response on the fact that you are willing and ready to learn the aspects that matter most to Lennar Corporation.
