Are you currently interviewing with any direct competitors of Hampton Inn?

It is always best, to be honest, and answer this question with full disclosure in mind. The interviewer is asking this question because they want to know how quickly they need to move to avoid you being scooped by a competitor! Always let the interviewer know that you are actively looking but be sure to reiterate why Hampton Inn is your top choice. Feel free to ask the interviewer about their hiring timeline as well!
