"I just adhere to my own standard and stay true to my character. In every way, I try to best my personal best. If I adhere to my standard, I am satisfied. If I exceed it, I am happy. But, I am present in my performance and positive in my attitude, and I always aim to make my positivity known and felt. If I can lead by example, either through my work ethic or my optimism, then all the better. This is especially useful when things don't go according to plan.
