Do what you love and love what you do are key words that are instrumental in the success of any person in the working world. To be great at what you do, you need to passionate about it and your interviewer will be looking to here what drives you to be successful and passionate in your job. Being that one of Express Scripts values is passion, talk about your drive to succeed from both a personal and an organizational level. Telling your interviewer what drives you is great, but just make sure that it relates back to the organization and making the team as a whole better.

"I knew at a very young age that becoming a nurse would be in my future because of my innate desire to help those in need. I have always been a caregiver, whether it was for my siblings when I was younger or the patients I have cared for during my career. I think that my skills and passion for helping those in need will translate very well to the Phone Nurse role. In the end, your clients that need consulting from home are in a very vulnerable place and my ability to provide compassionate and knowledgeable care would be extremely valuable."
