Do you prefer working with a student one-on-one or with a larger class of students?
Discuss your preference with the interviewer, and highlight your overall experience - larger classes of students or one-on-one. Keep your answer brief and avoid talking yourself out of a job. (IE: if this is a tutoring company, avoid discussing how you do not enjoy one-on-one student interaction.)

I believe it is important that as a teacher, I adapt my teaching preference based on my student's needs. I prefer teaching a large group of students because it's also an opportunity to learn from and be motivated by their peers. This allows them to learn social skills in the process, but it is very important to be observant and know when a student may need you to switch to a one-on-one session. Evaluating your student's needs is critical.
