Your interviewer is curious about how you would contribute to your teams. This question offers you an opportunity to showcase your brand of innovation and whether you work smarter rather than harder. "It's all about our people. We expect commitment, delivery and speed in the way we operate. Everyone is encouraged to innovate and challenge the norm. In exchange, you'll have a voice and we want to hear it." Even if you do not consider yourself a 'creative person,' share how you've challenged the norm, been resourceful, and come up with solutions that benefited the goals of the team.
