How do you deal with setbacks when they happen?

"I am perfectly comfortable when things don't go according to plan on the job. Every working environment is unpredictable, and it wouldn't be challenging if I didn't suffer from a setback now and again. If everything always went smoothly, then I wouldn't learn anything new. So I prefer it when things move fast and every day is different. I enjoy a challenge!"
