What motivates you in your work?

"Getting it all done and having a sense of accomplishment. I thrive on hitting my targets, furthering my career goals, and achieving new milestones in my career growth. If I am assigned busy work, I feel it takes away from my motivation. I understand the importance of it, though, but thrive on being valued for my unique contributions."
