"I believe I could improve on using formulas in Excel. I know this skill is not required for the Warehouse Manager role with Colgate-Palmolive, however, I am also working to improve myself. I have enrolled myself in a Coursera course to try and teach myself how to expand my knowledge of formulas and how to use them."

"I find that project management can sometimes be a weakness. I focus on trying to get everything done that is on my checklist and throughout the years have realized that things are not simple and not everything gets resolved in a day. As an HR associate at Colgate-Palmolive, I am sure that each day will be different and filled with different challenges which can prevent me from getting my to-do list done.
