In this role as a Customer Support Center Agent, I would strive to provide excellent customer service to not only my customers but my peers as well. It is important for both to feel that I have a personal vested interest in whatever I am helping them with. I also continuously strive to create a harmonious work environment no matter where I am and am often praised for my ability to do so at work.
