"I am most motivated when I am able to demonstrate compassion or do something good for someone, no matter how small the task. An example of this would be helping someone at work with a task or being able to answer questions for someone that needs assistance. I value being caring toward people and that keeps me motivated and wanting to do more. It's a great motivator for me and I think this would be a great asset to Colgate-Palmolive."
